Program Objectives
  • Agree on the rules we play by in a large team of opera-verticelli. It is important to define the rules for the team, not the leader
  • The team should start some changes on their own. Now 95% of changes are proposed by the OD, and we would like to see DFS and their staff proposing them
  • Develop initiative in the team: see problems and take personal initiative in dealing with them (understand that management is willing to take initiative)
  • Create an environment in the team for open feedback on important issues. Openness with respectful attitude towards colleagues (including those from other functions, when there is a problem, we first discuss it in person rather than escalate it).
